Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that have already been paid for as part of a package that are unattended or not rescheduled within 24 hours, will be lost and non refundable. Appointments that are unattended or not rescheduled, but not part of a package will be invoiced to the address that The Body Therapist UK has on file.
