RISK ASSESSMENT
We have completed a Risk Assessment Document for the clinic which is available for all patients to see upon their appointment. We have also implemented Infection Control Measures and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for clients and Therapists. There is also Social Distancing guidelines in place, as set out by Government.

Patient Informed
The patient enquiring about the appointment is informed about the risks associated with a face-to-face appointment. The patient is informed of the risk assessment protocols and the need for PPE. The patient is happy to continue with a face-to-face appointment and gives full consent which is documented.
Patient Expectations

Use a face mask – single use or reusable (you can purchase one from us if you do not have one)

Use of your own towel(s) during appointment

Avoid touching or minimising touch of surfaces

Washing hands on arrival and before exiting the premises where possible

Change of clothes if using public transport
