Rehabilitation includes an in-depth assessment and examination of your injury. A full diagnosis, posture analysis and explanation of the injury will be given and a plan of how to help your recovery.

Rehabilitation includes manual therapy and evidence based therapeutic exercise to manage an injury, and objectively monitor the stages of healing to determine the need for progression. Many problems initially result in pain, swelling and restricted movement or stiffness in the affected area.
